FAQ

Helpful answers for patients who want clarity before getting started.

Treatment & Conditions

What conditions do you treat most often?

We regularly help patients dealing with back pain, neck pain, sciatica, headaches and migraines, sports injuries, chronic pain, mobility limitations, and posture-related problems. Our goal is to address the issue behind the symptoms so movement improves along with pain relief.

Do you only offer adjustments, or is treatment more comprehensive?

Our care goes well beyond adjustments alone. We combine chiropractic treatment with rehab exercises, mobility work, sports-medicine strategies, and movement-based care so treatment supports both recovery and long-term results.

Can you help with migraines or tension-related headaches?

Yes. We treat headache and migraine cases as part of our condition-based care, especially when neck tension, posture, mobility issues, or upper-body strain are part of the pattern.

Do you work with athletes and sports injuries?

Yes. We work with athletes, gym-goers, runners, youth athletes, weekend warriors, and active adults who want to recover well and keep performing. Sports injury care is a major part of what we do.

Can you help with chronic pain that keeps coming back?

Yes. We focus on the movement issues and underlying contributors that keep pain returning, rather than only chasing short-term symptom relief. That approach helps reduce flare-ups and support better long-term function.

Do you treat work-related strain or posture problems?

Yes. We regularly help patients dealing with repetitive strain, posture-related tension, mobility loss, and work demands that build stress over time.

What to Expect / Safety

What happens during my first visit?

Your first visit includes a one-on-one evaluation, a review of your health history, a movement assessment, and a conversation about your goals and concerns. From there, we explain the findings clearly and outline a personalized plan built around your needs.

Will you explain what you find before treatment moves forward?

Yes. We make a point of explaining what we see, what it means, and what the next step looks like. We want patients to understand the process clearly from day one.

Is chiropractic care safe for families?

Yes. Chiropractic care is a safe, non-invasive option for athletes, adults, and even children. When care is matched to the person in front of us, it can support mobility, pain relief, and overall function in a very practical way

What makes Rehab Lab different from a more traditional chiropractic clinic?

We combine chiropractic care with rehab and movement-based strategies instead of relying on adjustments alone. That gives patients a more complete plan built around recovery, performance, and lasting results.

Can I keep training or exercising while I’m under care?

Yes, in many cases. We often work with patients who continue to train, lift, or stay active while recovering, and we adjust care to support progress without unnecessary downtime when appropriate.

How long does it usually take to notice improvement?

That depends on the condition, severity, and how your body responds. Some patients notice changes quickly, while others improve more gradually over several visits. We discuss realistic expectations early and adjust the plan as progress becomes clearer.

We work with active adults, athletes, professionals, parents, and people dealing with pain, injury, mobility issues, or recurring physical stress. Many of our patients want care that supports both daily life and long-term performance.

Do you offer preventative care even if I’m not currently injured?

Yes. Many patients come in for preventative care built around mobility, movement quality, and injury prevention, especially when they live active or physically demanding lifestyles.

What is the main goal of your treatment approach?

Our goal is to help people get back into the game of life by restoring movement, reducing pain, and supporting better long-term physical function. We build care around recovery, performance, and peace of mind rather than short-term relief alone.
