Nate leads our Appleton clinic and brings more than a decade of hands-on experience, built largely in Denver, home to the Fox Valley. He is a movement-first clinician, which means he watches how you actually move before he decides how to treat you. The painful spot is where the story ends, not where it starts.
That approach is grounded in functional assessment. Nate uses the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) and the principles of Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) to trace pain back to its real source, a stiff joint somewhere up the chain, a muscle that stopped firing, a movement pattern that has been quietly overloading one area for years.
From there he combines adjustments, dry needling, and instrument-assisted soft-tissue work (IASTM, like Graston) with progressive rehab to get you moving again and keep you there. He works with everyone from athletes and active families to people with demanding manufacturing and trades jobs across the Fox Cities.
