Questions about paying for care
What does care cost at Rehab Lab?
You will get a specific number before you are treated rather than after. Cost depends on your plan and what your case needs, so call our front desk with your details and they will price it honestly, including telling you when something is unlikely to be covered.
Do you take insurance?
We work with many plans, and the only reliable answer is the one that comes from checking yours. Call with your insurance details and the front desk will confirm your coverage and your out-of-pocket cost before you commit to any course of care.
What if I do not have insurance?
You can still be treated, and plenty of our patients are self-pay. Ask for the self-pay cost up front and you will get it plainly. Financing through Cherry is also available, which spreads payments rather than requiring the full amount at once.
How does the financing application work?
It is a short application completed on your phone, with a decision in a few moments and no hard credit check to see your options. If approved, you choose a payment plan and start care. Ask the front desk to walk you through it.
Are some services usually not covered by insurance?
Yes, and we would rather say so than let you find out later. Shockwave, Class IV laser and performance testing are frequently not covered. Ask for the cost of those specifically before starting a course.
Will you keep billing me for visits I do not need?
No, and the plan is built to prevent it. Milestones are set at the start and you graduate out when you hit them. If you would rather stop early, say so and we will tell you honestly where you are rather than talking you into more visits.
