Corrective exercise is the part most chiropractors skip, and it is the reason our results last. After we take pain and restriction down on the table, we rebuild the strength, control, and movement patterns that let your body hold the change on its own.
This is not a generic sheet of stretches. We watch how you move, find the specific weak link driving your problem, and give you a short, progressive program that targets it, in the clinic and at home.
Why rehab is what makes it last
If your back hurts because your hips and core are not doing their share, an adjustment feels great for a few days and then the load lands right back on the same spot. Nothing changed about why it hurt.
Corrective exercise changes the why. We retrain the pattern, build the missing strength, and progress the load until your body can handle your real life, your sport, your job, your training. That is how you graduate out of care instead of living in a clinic.
How we program it
- A movement screen to find your actual limiting factor, not a guess
- A small number of high-value exercises, not an overwhelming list
- Clear progressions so the plan gets harder as you get stronger
- Tools like ARP and blood flow restriction when they speed things up
