Questions before you book
Do I need a referral to book an appointment?
No. You can book directly at either clinic, and most of our patients do. If you are coming off a car accident or a physician-referred injury we are glad to coordinate with the rest of your care team, so bring their details.
How quickly can I get in?
Often within the same week, and acute problems get prioritized. Call (414) 356-0414 for Wauwatosa or (920) 533-0771 for Appleton and tell the front desk what is going on, because a back that has just gone out should not wait a fortnight.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Clothes you can move in, any imaging or reports you already have, your insurance details, and a claim number if one applies. Allow about an hour. You will get a full assessment, a plain-language explanation, and your first treatment in the same appointment.
Which clinic should I choose?
Whichever is closer. Our Wauwatosa clinic serves the greater Milwaukee area and our Appleton clinic serves the Fox Valley. Both offer the same services and the same standard of care, so proximity is the only consideration that matters.
What will my visit cost?
Our front desk will tell you before you are on the table rather than after. Call with your plan details and your situation and you will get a straight number. We would rather you know up front than get a surprise at checkout.
Do you offer appointments outside normal hours?
Our posted hours are weekdays, but if those are genuinely impossible around your shift, call and ask. We treat a lot of shift workers and hospital staff, and the team can often find something that works rather than telling you no.
