What we do

Treatment and rehab, all in one place

From the adjusting table to the turf. We use the right tool for your injury, then the rehab that makes it stick. Every service below is offered at both our Wauwatosa and Appleton clinics.

Rehab Lab is a chiropractic clinic and sports rehab facility, and our Google categories say the same thing: chiropractor, sports medicine clinic, sports medicine physician, pain management, and physical rehabilitation. That mix is the point. We treat the injury by hand and rebuild how you move, so the fix lasts.

Treatments & techniques

The hands-on and tech-based tools we use to take pain and restriction down: adjustments, soft-tissue work, and the modalities that move stubborn cases.

Chiropractic Adjustments at Rehab LabChiropractic Adjustments Precise, hands-on spinal and joint adjustments to restore motion, calm the nervous system, and take pressure off irritated tissue, the foundation of everything we do.Active Release Technique (ART) at Rehab LabActive Release Technique (ART) Targeted soft-tissue work that breaks up muscle adhesions and scar tissue so tight, restricted muscles can move and load the way they should again.Shockwave Therapy (StemWave) at Rehab LabShockwave Therapy (StemWave) Acoustic shockwave that kick-starts your body’s own healing response in stubborn tendons and chronic injuries that have not responded to rest or stretching.ARP Neuro Therapy at Rehab LabARP Neuro Therapy Neurological rehab using electrical stimulation to retrain how muscles fire, rebuilding strength and control around an injury instead of working around it.Class IV Laser Therapy at Rehab LabClass IV Laser Therapy Therapeutic deep-tissue laser that drives down inflammation and speeds healing at the cellular level, a comfortable, drug-free way to recover faster.Corrective Exercise & Rehab at Rehab LabCorrective Exercise & Rehab Personalized strength and movement programming that rebuilds the way you load and move, so the pain we resolve in the office actually stays gone.Dry Needling at Rehab LabDry Needling Thin filament needles release tight trigger points and calm overactive muscles that hands alone cannot reach.Graston Technique at Rehab LabGraston Technique Instrument-assisted soft-tissue work to break down scar tissue and fascial restrictions.Cupping Therapy at Rehab LabCupping Therapy Decompression therapy that increases blood flow and releases tight, restricted tissue.Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) at Rehab LabBlood Flow Restriction (BFR) Low-load training with BFR bands for elite-level strength gains while protecting healing tissue.Rock & Kinesiology Tape at Rehab LabRock & Kinesiology Tape Therapeutic taping that supports injured muscles and joints while you stay active.Spinal Care at Rehab LabSpinal Care Whole-spine care for alignment, mobility, and nervous-system health, built around how you actually move.Chiropractic Care at Rehab LabChiropractic Care Ongoing, doctor-led chiropractic care that keeps you moving well between flare-ups, not just when it hurts.VALD Performance Testing at Rehab LabVALD Performance Testing Objective strength and movement testing with VALD force plates and dynamometry, so we measure your progress and injury risk with real numbers, not a guess.

Questions about our services

Which service do I actually need?

You do not have to decide. Book an assessment and we will tell you, because the right treatment depends on what the examination finds rather than on what you picked from a list. Most plans combine two or three of these services rather than using one in isolation.

Why is every plan a combination rather than a single treatment?

Because an adjustment restores motion and nothing yet teaches your body to keep it. Hands-on care opens the door and corrective exercise is what makes the change hold. Clinics that only adjust tend to see the same patient indefinitely.

How many visits will I need?

Simple mechanical problems often resolve in four to six weeks; longstanding cases with real strength loss take longer. You will get milestones at the first visit so you can judge progress, and a plan that ends rather than continues indefinitely.

Are all services available at both clinics?

Yes. Every service listed here is available at both Wauwatosa and Appleton, including shockwave, Class IV laser and objective force testing.

Do you treat conditions or provide treatments?

Both, which is why this list mixes the two. Some patients arrive knowing they have sciatica or a rotator cuff problem; others arrive having been recommended dry needling or Graston. Either entry point leads to the same assessment.

What if my problem is not on this list?

Call and describe it. The list covers what we treat most, not everything, and a musculoskeletal complaint that is not named here is usually still within scope. If it genuinely is not, we will tell you who to see instead rather than booking you in.
